Meno-Strength: An 8-Week Menopause Strength Training Program

Meno-Strength is specifically designed for women in menopause and midlife. This program will progressively challenge you while considering the needs and capabilities of women in midlife, helping you get stronger, build muscle, boost metabolism and feel empowered, AND achieve noticeable results that can be difficult to attain in this phase of life.

This is your at-home solution to getting stronger, leaner, and increasing bone density. All work-outs can be done with 2-3 sets of dumbbells. No gym machines are required!

With a personalized fitness program, you can improve your overall functional mobility, strength, balance and endurance to maintain your fitness year round. With ongoing support and guidance, it will be easier to stay on track and achieve your goals.

Monthly programming is available. Unfortunately, at this time, one on one (in-person or virtually) for fitness training is not available.

Strength and Mobility Wellness Check

This is like an annual physical with your doctor, but for your joints, muscles, and tendons. The focus is on injury prevention and performance. It is perfect for individuals who do not yet need PT or who have graduated from PT and want to assess how they are doing. The goal is to prevent future issues or injuries from developing from muscle imbalances or limited mobility.

This comprehensive 90-minute session includes a detailed review of your medical history, lifestyle, and goals. It includes a functional movement, mobility, and strength assessment to address musculoskeletal "weak links".  We will then create a personalized exercise program that will help you address any limitations or imbalances that were found during the assessment. We will review each recommended exercise together, to ensure every aspect of your workout is optimized.
