Stay Healthy during the Coronavirus Scare

Has the Coronavirus got you worried or stressed out? 😳 As a Healthcare provider and a Mom, I do my best to stay educated and do everything I can to keep myself and my family 👨👩👦👦 healthy.
So, here’s my best advice. 💥
1. First of all, stay calm. The statistics show that SARS, MERS and the flu kill more people than coronavirus. But, it is also a good idea to start to prepare. Just as you would prepare for a big snow storm.
2. Wash your hands! 🖐🏻🧼 Why? Viruses can spread from person to person via respiratory droplets. When an infected person coughs or sneezes, close contacts can be infected. The virus can end up on doorknobs, elevator buttons and other surfaces. If you touch those surfaces and then touch your eyes, nose or mouth, you can become infected. The CDC Guidelines: "Wash your hands rigorously often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing." And, have plenty of hand sanitizer!
3. Improve your immune system! The stronger your immune system is the better you will be in fighting off all viruses. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep 😴. Exercise 🚴🏻♀️. And, eat plenty of fruits 🍎🍊🍋 and vegetables 🥬🥦🥗. My family makes sure we get enough by taking our whole food juice powder concentrates every single day. There is scientific proof that JP supports and strengthens your immune system. We barely get sick anymore!
